University of WENSAM College D.I.Khan Formerly known as Govt. comprehensive High School D.I.Khan, it was taken over by the Gomal University, D.I.Khan in 1979, upgraded to Higher Secondary level and renamed as University Wensam College. Since then it has been working under the direct supervision of Vice Chancellor, Gomal University, D.I.Khan. WENSAM is an abbreviated whose letters stand for W For Wood Work,E For Electricity ,N For Nursery ,S For Science ,A For Agriculture and M For Metal Work. The College is comprised of three sections. 1. Primary Section: From Nursery to 5th Class. 2. Secondary Section: from 6th to 10th Class 3 .Higher Secondary Section:F.Sc Part 1st & Part 2nd It is located at a central place on the University road D.I.Khan at a a distance of 2 K.M from the city.
